Danny Gladwin Photography Conditions Of Use Terms & Conditions
Wedding Agreement 2019/2020

1. ACCEPTANCE
It is not necessary for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a Client accepts a quote by deposit payment then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
2.CLIENT:
Locations, arrival timings of the day have been verbally agreed to suit the clients and to best suit the wedding day's timeline. Final meeting will be scheduled -10 days before the date to ensure all details are accurate.
3. PAYMENTS:
A deposit is required to confirm your date which is non-refundable unless stated otherwise by myself. Should you need to reschedule or change the date, every effort will be done to arrange this, however if the date is unavailable, client will forfeit any monies and deposit paid. Full payment is required 2 weeks before the wedding date. No final packages/ images with be provided until the balance paid. I do not currently offer monthly payment plans.
4. PHOTOGRAPHER:
The first Principle Photographer will be Danny Gladwin, and has have full access though-out the day, Danny Gladwin Photography should be noted in advanced of any other non-contracted photographers or videographer also called upon to photograph the day. If any violence or threatening behaviour is directed to Danny Gladwin Photography during the day, then the offending person will need to leave the premises before I can continue.
5. DISPLAY/PROMOTIONAL:
Danny Gladwin Photography has the right to display promotional images from the wedding/event in an portfolio, website, social media etc. Unless denied in writing by the client. Please advise asap.
6. COPYRIGHT, EDITING & STORAGE:
Danny Gladwin Photography holds copyrights to images taken, however the client has full printing & sharing rights, Danny Gladwin Photography gives you full permission to print, copy & share all images provided. Images that make the final package will be edited in house, all unedited images will be discarded. Please refrain from self-editing any images, and credit images where possible. Once the final images have been delivered, the responsibility to preserve the images passes to the client, and the decision weather Danny Gladwin Photography will keep copies is entirely his discretion.
7. DELIVERABLE & REORDERS:
Danny Gladwin Photography provide you a USB stick with both web & high resolution JPEG images. The total number of images you will receive vary and cannot be obtained. I can provide additional Wedding USB's packages at a cost. Along with printed Prints, and Albums all at an additional cost.
8. BREAKS:
Break to be worked around the client, to avoid missing any shots, ideally dinner to be provided to each photographer, although not essential (This to be confirmed by the client) This is only required for full day packages.
9. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
Any cancellations made by the Client, must be provided in writing 12 weeks before the specified date, by doing so they forfeit any monies paid or incur a 10% fee of total invoice cost. In the unlikely event that Danny Gladwin Photography has to cancel, all monies paid will be fully refunded including deposit. Please allow upto 90 days for a refund.
10. GDPR:
Danny Gladwin Photography takes data protection very seriously, I would never sell or pass on your data to third parities. Your details are kept to ensure you receive your final images which are posted out via Royal Mail. All online galleries are password protected.
